Offers Are Estimates
Any offer you receive is an estimate based on the information you provide about your vehicle, and is subject to confirmation once our driver inspects the car in person. If the vehicle doesn’t match the description given — condition, completeness, or other material details — the offer may be adjusted or withdrawn before pickup is completed.
Your Responsibilities As The Seller
By requesting an offer, you confirm that:
- You own the vehicle, or are authorized to sell it
- The information you provide about the vehicle is accurate to the best of your knowledge
- You will provide a valid title where one is legally required to transfer ownership
- You will remove personal belongings and license plates from the vehicle before pickup
Scheduling & Pickup
Once you accept an offer, we’ll coordinate a pickup time with you. Pickup windows are estimates and may shift based on location, scheduling, and other logistics — we’ll keep you informed if anything changes.
Payment
Payment is made as instant payment at pickup, once the vehicle and paperwork (including the signed title) are confirmed.
Service Area
This service is limited to vehicles located in New York. We do not offer or arrange pickup outside the state.
Limitation Of Liability
We provide this service on an as-is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CashMyCarNY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the sale of your vehicle. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under New York law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
